  Ty Loveland gave me a FAIR, cost conscious, bid. I felt confident in his scope of work for my fireplace, After an in-wall fire Christmas Eve 2015. When my insurance carrier balked at his bid. I reminded them, via email, that THEIR highly recommended contractor bid the exact, same amount, yet they were fine with his bid. But in one month, directly after their bid, their Mason could never, in four consecutive, weekly appointments, even show up to re-inspect and solidify their bid. When Ty's crew removed the drywall surrounding my fireplace, he was so upset by what he found, he personally wrote and submitted a scalding safety report to our carrier. Needless to say, we NOW have a completely, rebuilt ( floor to end of chimney) gorgeous, functional fireplace, equipped to even function as a useable heat souce, as well. We can't recommend his work higher than perfect. He is that talented! He is honest and trustworthy and punctual. He did exactly what he quoted in his bid, to the penny and work ethic.
